Incredible NewGreen Spaces for Everyone
Greenpoint Landing will usher in new waterfront access for the neighborhood, providing vantage points for the public to enjoy unobstructed city views and a variety of outdoor amenities.
The public waterfront esplanade is designed by the world-class landscape architecture firm James Corner Field Operations, who were also responsible for the High Line.

Architecture that
Reflects the Neighborhood
Inspired by the industrial heritage of the Brooklyn waterfront and the Greenpoint neighborhood, Handel Architects has created an iconic architectural design that incorporates brick, blackened steel, and divided light windows.
Over the next ten years, approximately 5,500 residential units – including much needed affordable housing – will be constructed at Greenpoint Landing.
By Land or By Sea
Greenpoint Landing is conveniently located only one ferry stop from 34th Street in Manhattan, a few short blocks away from the G Train, and a quick walk from the 7 Train. With plenty of Citi Bike Stations close by, and the Queens-Midtown Tunnel only a quarter mile away, residents have a multitude of options for getting around.
